Welcome to Spring Cleaning Express, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services, website, and communications. By accessing or using any part of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

These Terms have been created in accordance with applicable U.S. and Texas laws, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) and related consumer protection regulations.

1. Service Bookings and Registration

To access or schedule certain services, you may be required to submit a booking or register through our online system. By doing so, you agree to:

a. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during booking or registration
b. Keep your contact information current
c. Notify us promptly of any booking changes or errors

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any booking at our discretion if terms are violated or misuse occurs.

2. Service Disclaimer

By booking cleaning or related services, you acknowledge and agree that:

a. You will provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our cleaning team
b. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not properly secured
c. You release Spring Cleaning Express, LLC and its employees from liability for indirect or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law

If minors or pets are present during cleaning, it is your responsibility to ensure their safety and supervision.

3. Client Conduct

All clients agree to:

a. Treat our cleaning staff with respect and professionalism
b. Provide a safe working environment free from hazards, harassment, or abuse
c. Follow safety and access guidelines communicated before or during service

We reserve the right to withdraw service or terminate agreements if a client engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior toward our team.

4. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

a. All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted
b. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as stated in your invoice or quote
c. Late cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee
d. Refunds are not issued once a service has been rendered unless required by law or approved by management
e. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise

We may issue credits or reschedule appointments at our discretion for verified service concerns.

5. Access to Property and Liability

a. You must ensure our cleaners have entry access at the scheduled time (via key, code, or presence at property)
b. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from faulty locks, security systems, or pre-existing conditions
c. We are not liable for items left unsecured or for valuable items not disclosed before cleaning

Video or security monitoring may be used by the client or company for safety and quality purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, images, and branding belonging to Spring Cleaning Express, LLC (including logos, service descriptions, and marketing materials) are our

intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Privacy Compliance

We handle your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and applicable U.S. privacy regulations, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
